On completing training the student gets qualification of “Bachelor” and additional rank of “Bachelor- Engineer”. The training lasts for 4 years. General disciplines of humanitarian, social, economic, mathematical and natural sciences cycles are included in curriculum. Professional cycle contains such disciplines as Fundamentals of Solid-State Physics, Discrete Modeling Methods of Electronic Instrumentation, Materials and Components of Electronic Instrumentation, Fundamentals of Electronic Instrumentation Designing, Production Technology of Electronic Instrumentation, Circuit- and Systems Engineering of Electronic Instrumentation, Fundamentals of Radioengineering, Quality Control of Electronic Instrumentation, Fundamentals of Designing of Integrated Microcircuits, Technology of Microassembly and others. The unique laboratory bases of the Chair of Design and Technology of Electronic Instrumentation, equipped with modern resources of computation engineering with licensed specialized software are used for training specialists.
Students improve their skills in the students’ Design Bureaus, where the unique models of functional engineering are developed.
Students’ activity is directed to the development, production and exploitation of radioelectronic resources, electronic-computational facilities, microwave electronic facilities, technological production processes.
The graduates work at such enterprises as “Aviakor – Aviation plant” plc, Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research Production Space Rocket Centre “TsSKB – Progress”. “Information Satellite Systems” named after Academician M.F. Reshetnev” plc, “Research Institute “Ekran” plc and others.
The graduates hold a position of engineers-technologists, engineers-designers, are occupied with research works, they are at the head of subdivisions, as well as the entire enterprises.
Master’s program - Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Resources is open in the framework direction 11.04.03 - Construction and Technology of Electronic Devices.
