A Student from the Institute of Economics and Management Took Part in the "Management of the Future" Conference

From October 23 to 25, 2025, the thirteenth annual "Management of the Future" conference was held at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University. The conference brought together 115 top students from all over Russia, including Elizaveta Nayanzina, a master's student from the Institute of Economics and Management of Samara University.

All days of the program were packed with workshops, master classes, and panel discussions focusing on regional economic development and creating new hubs to attract young qualified specialists. Key speakers at the conference included A.M. Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory; A.V. Mizalchenko, Director of the Agency for Economic Development of the Leningrad Region; A.L. Kostin, President-Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank; A.A. Mordashov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Severstal" and General Director of "Severgroup"; and others.

Experts noted that the key to a strong and multifaceted economy lies in creating innovative clusters, unique projects, and an environment for breakthrough solutions, and most importantly – in people who are ready to change regions for the better. Key ideas about the importance of continuous employee development and company flexibility in the labor market were also discussed.

Representatives from JSC "Gazprombank," "Severstal Digital" LLC, "Lenta" LLC, "T2 Mobile" LLC, and "B1 Group" JSC shared successful cases of digital technology implementation and discussed the challenges of integrating artificial intelligence into various business processes.

"For me, this was a very interesting and valuable experience of engaging with the professional community. I was able to share my own experience and also gather new ideas and cases that I plan to use in my future research," said Elizaveta.

Elizaveta Nayanzina conducts research in the field of digital transformation of HR processes under the scientific supervision of Associate Professor E.P. Solodova from the Department of Human Resource Management at Samara University.
