Management

On graduation the student gets the “bachelor’s” qualification. The course of studies lasts four years. The curriculum includes general disciplines referring to humanities, social, economic, mathematical and natural sciences.  The professional cycle comprises such disciplines as methods of taking management decisions, management theory, marketing, management of human resources, strategic management, project management, financial management, anticrisis management, logistics, economics of enterprises, organization of intracompany management and others. The laboratory facilities of the management department equipped with up-to-date computer facilities with licensed specialized software are used in training specialists.
The graduates’ activities are connected with the management of structures of aerospace, engineering and other enterprises, innovative production, production planning, production logistics, organizing lean production. The area of the graduates’ professional activity comprises functional common service departments of aerospace, mechanical engineering and other enterprises. They hold managerial positions, engage in industrial management, carry out research, run enterprises or their divisions.
