Nanoengineering
After the course of study a student gets the Bachelor Degree of Science. The study lasts four years. The curriculum includes humanities, social, economical, mathematical, natural and scientific subjects. A professionally oriented course contains such subjects as biochemistry and biotechnology fundamentals, the modeling of nanomaterial production technologies, quality control, the material study of nanomaterials and nanosystems, the diagnosis methods in the field of nanotechnologies, introduction into nanoengineering, physics and chemistry of high molecular compounds, metal crystallography, structure strength fundamentals, corrosion and metal protection and others. The unique laboratories of the departments of chemistry, metal technologies, aviation material study, nanoengineering equipped with modern computers with licensed specialized software are used for training specialists. Students can apply their knowledge while having professional practice at the leading enterprises of our region, in the students’scientific society and the design bureau. Graguates’ activities are oriented towards the development and introduction of nanomaterials and the impact of technologies at the nanometric level, development of specialized equipment, the mathematical modeling of innovation technological processes. Graduates can work at leading aerospace, machinebuilding, oil recycling, chemical, pharmacology enterprises such as at Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Research Production Space Rocket Centre TsSKB “Progress”, “Kusnetsov” plc., oil company”ROSNEFT”, Samara oil organic synthesis holding and others. The graduates work as production engineers, designers, carry out research work, become heads of enterprises.
