To reach this level students develop their skills in:
– grammar and vocabulary of the Russian language;
– texts retelling;
– watching films in the Russian language;
– learning the terminology of those sciences that will be studied at the university;
– making notes and understanding lectures and scientific literature.

Organization of Educational Process
- Groups of 10-12 students
- 2 interim assessment tests – in December-January and in March-April
- 3 final exams – in June
- A certificate indicating the marks obtained at the exam, according to a 100-point system, is issued at the end of the programme.
Profiles
Depending on the chosen specialty, foreign students of the сentre are trained in one of the profiles. Beginning with the second semester, they study Russian and the following subjects:

Admission Procedure
- Submission of documents and visa invitations – since April 20 till July 20 every year
- Admission to the centre – in September-October (as foreigners arrive)
