The Center for the Promotion of the Russian Language, in collaboration with the Russian House in Lusaka (Zambia), organized and hosted the round table titled "Peaceful Cosmos", dedicated to Aviation and Cosmonautics Day.
As an invited expert in the field of peaceful space exploration, Vasily Chertilin, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Systems and Law, delivered a presentation titled "Space Debris as a Threat to the Peaceful Exploration of Space". Additionally, with the support of the Inter-University Department of Space Research, round table participants learned about the space technologies employed by Samara University in education.
Denis Avaryaskin, Associate Professor at the Department of Space Research, spoke about innovative space technologies and nanosatellites used for conducting space experiments.
