The competition for creating rocket models and launching them involved 75 teams of schoolchildren and students from across the country. Each team passed preliminary selection and managed to prove the superiority of their technical and theoretical solutions. The rocket launches traditionally took place in Vladimir at the Vladimir State University named after A.G. and N.G. Stoletovs. The task was to demonstrate their creation in flight tests.

Recall that RocketLAV Design Bureau is the only Russian team that consistently performed successfully at the C'Space forum in France until 2019. For example, in 2019, young Samara engineers were awarded the first prize by the National Centre for Space Studies (CNES) for the successful launch of an experimental two-stage rocket of their own design.
