From September 15-20, 2025, the traditional Baldin International Seminar on High Energy Physics "Relativistic Nuclear Physics and Quantum Chromodynamics" (ISHEPP) was held in Dubna at the V.I. Veksler and A.M. Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR).

The conference presentations were dedicated to the most relevant topics in modern physics: quantum chromodynamics at large distances, relativistic heavy-ion collisions, hadron and multiquark system spectroscopy, the structure of hadrons and nuclei, and the dynamics of multiparticle production. Particular interest was generated by research results related to polarization effects, spin physics, and the development of accelerator complexes, including the NICA/MPD, SPD, and BM@N projects at JINR. During one of the seminar days, an excursion to the NICA accelerator complex was organized for participants.

The conference also featured presentations by leading scientists in plenary and parallel sessions:

·         O.V. Teryaev (BLTP JINR) "Polarization and Gravity in Hadron and Heavy-Ion Collisions";

·         A.B. Arbuzov (BLTP JINR) "Electron Structure Functions";

·         A.V. Kotikov (BLTP JINR) "Simple Models for GPD and TMD";

·         Yu.Ts. Oganessian (FLNR JINR) "Heavy Ions in Science and Technology".

Three young researchers from Samara University participated in the seminar and presented the following reports:

·         Fedor Martynenko, Cand. Sci. (Phys.-Math.), Assistant at the Department of General and Theoretical Physics – "Heavy Tetraquarks in the Hyperspherical Approach";

·         Kirill Shilyaev, Postgraduate student at the Department of General and Theoretical Physics – "Contribution of Linearly Polarized Gluons to Charmonium Production in the Soft Gluon Resummation Approach" (Supervisor: Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.), Professor, Head of the Department of General and Theoretical Physics V.A. Saleev);

·         Lev Alimov, Postgraduate student at the Department of General and Theoretical Physics – "Pair Production of D-Mesons in the SPS and DPS Parton Reggeization Approach" (Supervisor: Dr. Sci. (Phys.-Math.), Professor, Head of the Department of General and Theoretical Physics V.A. Saleev).

The results of these studies will be published in the journal "Physics of Particles and Nuclei, Letters" (Pis'ma v ZhETF Fizika Elementarnykh Chastits i Atomnogo Yadra), which is indexed in SCOPUS.
