The Museum has two exhibition halls:
- The History of Russian Aviation and Cosmonautics
- The History of Samara University
The exhibitions feature authentic products, assemblies and models of aircraft, rocket and space technology, scientific developments and the works of University scientists, including: spacecraft descent vehicles, rocket and aircraft engines, aviation armament, cosmonaut's spacesuit and cosmonaut nutrition samples; cockpit SU-9 fighter, special suit and other pilot equipment; rare publications, personal belongings and papers, photographs and autographs of outstanding scientists and cosmonauts – including S.P. Korolev, V.P. Glushko, Yu.A. Gagarin, D.I. Kozlov, N.D. Kuznetsov, etc.
