An important element of the program is working with English-language study materials, as is studying business practices in the English-speaking environment typically found at international IT companies.

The program is aimed at the training of highly-qualified specialists in the field of the development of information and telecommunications systems and software quality management.
Particular attention is paid within the scope of the program to cutting-edge programming and data-analysis technologies, the development of information-and-communications systems, and mastering the methods used in organizing and managing projects involving software development. A special course is devoted to Data Mining and Big Data using the capabilities offered by supercomputers.

Consistent with the State Educational Standard for higher education, the core educational program consists of three blocks: Disciplines (modules), Practical Training, State Final Certification.
