A large-scale informational and educational exhibition titled #TimeForTheYoungToAct has opened at Glory Square in Samara. Organized by the government of the Samara Region as part of the implementation of state youth policy, the exposition aims to highlight the contribution of the region's young specialists to the socio-economic development of the area and the country.
Among the individuals featured in the exhibition are six representatives of Samara University, working in the fields of science, education, industry, and high technology:
· Vladimir Kirillov, Engineer at the Unmanned Systems Center of Samara University, Assistant at the Department of Radioelectronic Systems. He contributes to the development of the region's unmanned aerial systems and is an author of patents and scientific publications.
· Dmitry Vorobyov, Engineer at Samara University, Specialist in Metal Forming, winner of the Student Startup grant. He actively collaborates with aviation industry enterprises.
· Irina Matveeva, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Supervisor of a student research group. She develops methods for diagnosing skin cancer based on artificial intelligence.
· Mikhail Mikheev, Assistant at the Department of Aircraft Production and Quality Management in Mechanical Engineering, Young Minister of the Samara Region for the "Industry" sector, one of the developers of the cyber-physical factory for assembling small spacecraft.
· Anastasia Rymzhina, Junior Research Fellow, Specialist in the field of Physics and Nanotechnology, author of more than 30 scientific publications, and laureate of the Russian Academy of Sciences medal for her contribution to materials science.
· Yulia Novikova, Head of the Innovation Development Department at PJSC "ODK-Kuznetsov", Senior Lecturer at the Department of Aircraft Engine Theory, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Chairperson of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Samara Region.
