Samara University was represented at the conference by Associate Professor of the Department of Aircraft Construction and Design (DACD), Managing Editor of the scientific journal "Ontology of Designing" Nikolai Borgest, Senior Lecturer of the DACD Sergey Vlasov (online), and Master's student of the DACD El Adigwe (on the photo with N. Borgest).
Among the best presentations at the session was the report "Development of a Virtual Hangar for Studying and Designing Aircraft Structures" (N. Borgest, S. Vlasov). The issues of the "Ontology of Designing" journal brought from Samara to CAI-2025 aroused keen interest among the participants.
On October 8, the regular reporting and election congress of the RAAI (Russian Association of Artificial Intelligence) took place, where a new composition of the RAAI Scientific Council was elected. Yury Vizilter – Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director for the Field – Head of the "Artificial Intelligence and Technical Vision" Scientific Complex of the FAA "GosNIIAS" (State Research Institute of Aviation Systems), Scientific Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at MIPT (Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology) – was elected Chairman of the RAAI Scientific Council.
Vadim Borisov (on the photo with Nikolai Borgest) – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at the branch of the National Research University "MPEI" in Smolensk; Professor of the Department of Management and Intellectual Technologies at the National Research University "MPEI" – was re-elected President of the RAAI.
