    About the National University Ranking:

The "National University Ranking" project has been implemented by the Interfax Group since 2010. Its primary objectives are to evaluate the performance of modern Russian universities against global standards, foster communication channels between the academic community, the general public, and the business sector, and discover new methods and technologies for assessing institutions in education, research and development, innovation, and socio-humanitarian development.

The evaluation is based on a rigorous analysis of questionnaires submitted by the universities, publicly available data published on institutional websites, public data from the information resources of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as well as information from the SPARK-Interfax and SKAN-Interfax information and analytical systems.
