Go is the oldest and most complex game on planet. It is from 2 to 5 thousand years old, although its rules are remembered in five minutes. Most games do not put tasks above tactical ones. The final goal is clearly outlined: checkmate, getting a king. In Go, players can win in a million different ways. So the first strategy is to confuse the enemy, hide intentions from him, set nets and trap him. Simple tactics require constant rethinking, there are no traditionally winning openings. To assess the potential of all constructions, to implement it and prevent from the enemy are the most difficult tasks that have to be solved simultaneously.

In the East they say: "Go teaches you to live." An aggressive style of play can lead to losses, and a deaf defense can lead to a lack of points. Often, it is not the lack of skill that hinders growth, but character flaws: absent-mindedness, forgetfulness, indecision, greed. In order to improve in Go, the player has only one thing left - to improve himself.
