The works on optimization of Samara State Aerospace University Development Programme are scheduled until the end of 2014 and include four strategic sessions to be held in SSAU.
Programme of Strategic Session 2
Dates: 11-12 October 2013
Venue: SSAU, 34, Moskovskoye shosse, Samara
Session goal: working out strategic initiatives and actions on SSAU’s development until 2020
Objectives:
- discussion of strategic initiatives for SSAU’s development, aimed at solving problems and eliminating gaps defined on the results of Strategic Session 1;
- strategic initiatives grouping and ranking;
- working out a range of actions for implementing each strategic initiative.
- a ranked list of SSAU’s strategic initiatives;
- a map of SSAU’s projects and actions;
- participation of SSAU’s key personnel in working out and planning the university’s strategic initiatives.
Participants:
- The total number of the session participants is up to 50 people;
- The Rector and representatives of the Rector’s office;
- directors of institutes, deans of faculties;
- SSAU’s staff responsible for the key education and research programmes (heads of departments, leaders of programmes, centres, research groups, etc.);
- SSAU’s young and reserve staff.
The number of experts and moderators from SKOLKOVO Business School participating in the session is 3 people.
The presence of the Rector of SSAU is necessary at overview talks and the final plenary discussion.
Session format: intensive team work, including experts’ and leaders’ presentations, group discussions and plenary meetings.
