SSAU improved its position in two Russian ranking at once

For the year Samara State Aerospace University moved up in the ranking of Vladimir Potanin Foundation from the 44th to the 10th place and added three positions in the ranking of universities reputation Expert RA in the field of “Engineering, natural and exact sciences”.
 

Samara State Aerospace University has significantly improved its position in the ranking of universities of Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation at the end of academic year 2014-2015. In 2015, SSAU took the 10th place. Last year, the university was on the 44th place.
 

National Research University “Higher School of Economics” took the first place in the ranking.

The annual ranking of universities according to Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation includes the universities, which students and teachers participate in the Fund’s Scholarship Program. A university position in the ranking depends on the achievements that Foundation’s scholarship holders and grant receivers show throughout the year.
 

Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation is one of the first private foundations in Russia. Potanin’s Scholarship Program is made for students and teachers of Master’s Program.
 

In addition, the ranking agency RAEX (“Expert RA”) has prepared the ranking of universities reputation in the integrated areas. For the second year in a row, SSAU appeared in the list of the best universities in the field of "“Engineering, natural and exact sciences”. Compared to the year 2014 Samara State Aerospace University moved up on three positions and took the 24th place in the rating.
 

RAEX Reputation Rating reflects the result of the universities evaluation by participants of the survey performed by the agency “Expert RA” in 2012-2015. We took into account the respondents’ views on the education quality, demand for graduates by employers, as well as on the level of scientific research activity. The survey involved representatives of the academic and scientific community, representatives of the companies-employers as well as students and graduates. The total number of respondents exceeded 34 thousand people. Results of RAEX reputational measurements are not only used to make rankings in the areas, but it also takes into account during formation of the annual integrated ranking of “100 best universities in Russia” (current ranking was released in June 2015).
