My name is Titova Victoria, and I am an international student at Samara University. I come from Kazakhstan, specifically from the city of Almaty. I am studying Psychology and Pedagogy because I am a communicative person and love interacting with people.
From the very first days of my student life, I actively participated in university life. My student journey began with an adaptation retreat: we spent three days in the nature at a camp, getting to know and bonding with students from our large psychology faculty.
I have been dancing since I was three years old, and I continue to develop this passion at Samara University. We perform on stage in costumes and participate in competitions and events. In the photo, I am dancing at the "Student Autumn" festival.
I love helping people and am involved in volunteer activities. Before the New Year, I was Santa's helper for children with cerebral palsy — it was a very touching and joyful event for both them and me.
In winter, Samara experiences harsh frosts, which means that the ice rinks operate throughout the season. I have been skating since I was four years old, and I love it. The city has many free rinks — they are beautifully decorated and equipped with warm changing rooms.
Since childhood, I dreamed of meeting a real astronaut and learning the truth about their profession. And my dream came true: on January 15, our university organized a meeting with Oleg Kononenko — a record-holder for the longest time spent in space. I not only got to listen to his talk but also took a photo and got an autograph!
Samara University often hosts interesting, educational, and fun events where every student can find something for themselves. I am happy to be a part of this large and friendly community!
